'MossStoneBridge' was born from a dream: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Madrid. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, we opened as a quaint, family-led shop, passing down recipes through the generations.

Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her journeys across Italy, honing her skills with Naples' master pizza chefs—the pioneers of pizza. When she returned to the UK, she embarked on a mission to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza by adhering to time-honored practices and selecting the best ingredients.

Our humble 12-seat eatery has expanded into a much-loved neighborhood fixture. Our dedication to authentic quality endures steadfast. We keep to traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough fresh every day, and prioritize the highest caliber of ingredients obtainable.

To this day, 'MossStoneBridge' is still in the hands of the Rossi lineage, with its second generation at the helm of our zealous crew. Despite integrating select contemporary improvements, our core mission of serving scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites patrons remains unchanged.
